Executive Operations & HR Generalist

Job Description
- Recruit and onboard employees, including coordinating background checks and supporting the hiring process
- Train employees on company policies and procedures
- Support development and implementation of organizational guidelines and policies
- Plan and coordinate employee activities and company events
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Administer employee benefits and assist with related inquiries
- Support employee relations matters and help facilitate resolutions
- Prepare Board of Directors material, attend meetings, and record minutes
- Partner with the executive team on meeting preparation and documentation
- Maintain and organize filing systems; retrieve records, emails and documents as needed
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Provide ongoing administrative and operational support across HR and executive functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience
- An interest in understanding the business operations of insurance companies
- Experience supporting both HR functions and executive-level operations preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Claims Assistant/Insurance Administrative Support
Looking to bring your customer service experience to a role in the Claims Department where you will assist policyholders when they experience a loss. Windsor Management Group is seeking a Claims Assistant/Insurance Administrative Support to be a part of our Claims Department.

Job Description
- Entry and set up of new claims
- Answering phones/transfer calls
- Assist customers with claim inquiries
- Answer general claims questions
- Learning industry terminology and the “language of claims”
- Assist Claims Manager with tasks
- This position would provide great opportunity for future advancement into a Claims Adjuster position
Qualifications
- A. Degree or High School diploma
- Experience in or aptitude for customer service
- Knowledge of or aptitude to learn Property & Casualty insurance terminology
- Proficiency in keyboard and data entry and work effectively with computer system
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently in a team setting
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to use logic, reasoning and diplomacy in a demanding environment
- Commitment to company values and customer service
- Willing to obtain license for independent adjuster when on board with company, if opportunity arises to move into a Claims Adjuster position

Claims Adjuster
Looking to bring your Claims expertise and experience to a role in the Claims Department where you will assist policyholders when they experience a loss. Windsor Management Group is seeking a In-House Claims Adjuster to be a part of our Claims Department.

Job Description
- Investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims. Working with independent adjusters
- Assist customers with claim inquiries
- Determine whether the insurance policy covers the loss claimed
- Decide the appropriate amount the insurance company should pay
- Issue payment to insureds/vendors with prior management approval
- Ensure that claims are not fraudulent
- Document file for review by Claims Manager
Qualifications
- A. Degree or High School diploma
- Experience in or aptitude for customer service
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance terminology
- Proficiency in keyboard and data entry and work effectively with computer system
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently in a team setting
- Effective communication skills

- Commitment to company values and customer service
- Carry license for independent adjuster or willing to obtain when on board with company
- 3+ years Claims Adjusting Experience
